Bronze finger

Our welder taught bronze casting at Otis,

this bronze fingertip was the product of a demo in mold-making.

Speed bag

Our friend Big Drew started north America's first Chessboxing league. Yes you read correctly.
Chessboxing is a sport, originating in Berlin, that blends the refined game of chess with the athleticism of boxing. 3 minutes of chess, followed by a round of boxing, until KO or checkmate. Our resident welder participated in an exhibition match in Venice last year. He lost in his third round of chess.

Big drew is 6'10", and trains with normal size boxers, so we built him an adjustable speed bag mount.
